ISO 9001
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an internationally recognized quality systems standard organization. ISO 9001 is the model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing. Americhem's first manufacturing site was registered to ISO 9001 in April, 1994.
All of our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified, achieving the standard's requirements at the first audit:

ISO/TS (Technical Specification) 16949:2002
Automotive Quality System Requirement
The ISO/TS 16949:2002 was jointly developed by the IATF members and submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for approval and publication. The document is a common automotive quality system requirements catalog based on ISO 9001:2000, AVSQ (Italian), EAQF (French), QS-9000 (U.S.) and VDA6.1 (German) automotive catalogs.
Our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio automotive manufacturing plant is certified to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 standard.
