We operate seven spin lines at multiple locations, including North America, Europe and Asia. Our pilot lines mimic our customers' processes and enable us to test product without interrupting your daily operations. Our textile production simulation capabilities include:
  • Fiber spinning (1dpf to monofilament, various cross-sections, up to 3300 mpm)
  • False twist and air jet texturing
  • Knitting (100 to 1500 denier)
  • Nonwoven fabric production via our spun-bonded pilot line.
These capabilities ensure we can simulate the production of a variety of synthetic fibers and fabrics that go into a wide range of end-uses, such as specialty apparel, outdoor awnings, geotextiles, construction fabrics, filtration, and health and hygiene applications.
