Kilian Lamprecht
Vice President, Corporate Development
Kilian Lamprecht brings extensive experience across the M&A lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, valuation, diligence, transaction execution, and post-close integration. He most recently served as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Novanta Corporation.
In his previous roles, Kilian has supported multiple acquisitions, developed integration frameworks, and led cross-functional teams across finance, IT, HR, and operations. His experience includes building and analyzing global deal pipelines and driving value realization through disciplined integration.
As Vice President of Corporate Development, Kilian leads Americhem’s inorganic growth strategy, partnering with executive leadership and PPC to execute acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities that expand the company’s capabilities and global reach.
