Chief Technology Officer
Parminder Agarwal brings more than 23 years of global leadership experience across polymers, advanced materials, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food ingredients. He has held senior technology, product, and business leadership roles at companies including GAF Materials (Standard Industries), Arxada (formerly Lonza Specialty Ingredients), SABIC, FMC Health & Nutrition (now IFF/Roquette), and GE Plastics.
As Chief Technology Officer, Parminder leads Americhem’s global technology and innovation strategy, overseeing R&D, formulation, process engineering, application development, and sustainability initiatives. He partners closely with business leaders to strengthen technology differentiation, accelerate speed-to-market, and ensure innovation remains a key driver of profitable growth and long-term value creation.
