Syed Ali
Chief Financial Officer
Syed Ali brings more than 18 years of financial and strategic leadership experience across complex industrial and manufacturing businesses, including Cornerstone Building Brands, Honeywell, and General Electric. He has led financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, capital strategy, M&A integration, supply chain finance, and business operations globally.
Prior to joining Americhem, Syed served as SVP and CFO of the Windows & Doors and Metal Solutions businesses at Cornerstone Building Brands and as Global CFO of Honeywell Thermal Solutions. He also held multiple leadership roles at General Electric.
Syed holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Rice University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
